Shipping:

We ship worldwide from our Byron Bay warehouse.
Flate rate shipping Australia wide $9 
International shipping is a flat rate of $24
We ship via Australia Post and you will be sent a tracking number with your placed order so you can track the progress of your parcel.

We strive to send out orders the following business day, generally it can be 1-2 day turn around. 

Shipping times for within Australia 2-5 working days

Shipping times for International orders 7-10 working days

Import Duties and Taxes

International shipping does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes, depending on which country you are sending too. All international customers are responsible for the import costs from their own country. Halcyon Daze is legally required to declare the full value of the purchase on international shipments, so please familiarise yourself with the regulations in your country to avoid any unwanted surprises on your end. 

Returns Policy:

We want you to love your new Halcyon Daze items but we understand sometimes online purchasing can be hard.. 

  • We offer a 14 day return policy for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping cost.
  • Items should be in original unworn, condition with tags and seals in place to be eligible for a full refund minus the original shipping cost and duties paid.
  • Anything not in the original condition, has clearly be worn, used or marked, will be sent back and not refunded.
  • Items purchased on sale are not valid for a  refund, but we will exchange or credit note your order if it’s unsuitable. 

Return Process:

For a refund or exchange please email info@thehalcyondaze.com.au for a return  request. 

Faulty Items:
Every item we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a fault we will happily replace or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 14 days of purchase.

Sale Items:
Items marked as final sale will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
